The magnesium oxide in rubber production

 1. in the neoprene rubber magnesium oxide and zinc oxide can be used as vulcanizing agent;

 2. in the rubber formula magnesium oxide can be used as acid absorbent also called stabilizer to improve the curing speed;

 3. it can also increase the bonding performance with the metal skeleton.

 4. in styrene butadiene rubber, brominated butyl rubber, neoprene rubber can be used as anti-coke agent to improve the anti-coke performance;

 5. it can also be used as a filler, increase heat and heat conductivity;

 6. because of its acid absorption performance in some rubber requirements can be used as a PH regulator;

 7. magnesium oxide can be used as a cross-linking agent to improve cross-linking strength and tensile properties.

 In general, magnesium oxide has two advantages in rubber production:

     1): in light rubber products, add magnesium oxide, can be used as an adsorbent to absorb the free compounds produced by rubber vulcanization can make the product color more uniform and pure.

     2): The addition of magnesium oxide can be used as an anti-tropism agent, to smooth the tropism and improve the degree of cross-linking.
