Magnesium silicate
Magnesium silicate is formed by the interaction of magnesium salt with soluble silicon. MgSiO3 is obtained by melting quartz and MgO in a furnace (using a Wanner pyrometer). It is mainly used as polyether adsorbent and has the function of adsorption and decolorization. |
